Quotes
Prices shown on this website, including estimates from our quote form, are a guide only. We give a fixed written quote after a free on-site visit. Written quotes are valid for 30 days.
Scope changes
The fixed price covers the work described in the quote. If the scope changes (for example, areas we couldn't access at quote time), we'll agree any change with you in writing before doing the extra work.
Booking and payment
A deposit is payable to confirm a booking, with the balance due on completion. Invoices can be addressed to you, the estate, the executor or the solicitor.
Cancellation
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellation terms are set out in your written quote.
Items set aside
Items set aside for you are held for an agreed period, set out in your quote. We'll contact you before that period ends.
What's excluded
We don't handle hazardous materials, asbestos, biohazard cleaning, mould remediation or pest treatment. We can refer you to licensed specialists.
Your rights
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
